Troubleshooting Issues - Questions and Answers:
1- Q: Why do I keep returning to the disclaimer page after I click on
the “I agree” button, when trying to search for a property, or submitting an
inquiry on a property?
A: Enable the
“(1)Cookies” function in your browser. Every browser has a different
procedure on how to enable this function. Please refer to your
browsers “Help” documentation, or visit there online support
section.
2- Q: I’m having trouble viewing the entire page on my monitor. A: Try turning up your
display’s resolution. - Minimum: 800 X 600 - Best: 1024 X 768
3- Q: The top navigation does not display any submenu options, as shown in the tutorials. A:
(2)Active Scripting should be enabled for scrolling menu support. If
you wish not to enable Active Scripting, or your browser does not
support it, the menu navigation will still work by redirecting you
to a page where a list of the menu Items will be displayed. Check
with your specific browsers documentation on how to enable Active
Scripting controls.

Windows IE 6.x Browser
1. Select Tools
2. Select Internet Options
3. Select the Privacy tab.
4. Select Advanced
5. Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
6. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
7. Click OK to exit
Windows IE 5.x Browser
1. Go to Tools on the menu bar
2. Pick Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab
4. Select the Custom Level tab
5. Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
6. Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
7. Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings
