HOW REFERENDUM OF MAY 18, 2010 AFFECTS BRT OPERATIONS

10/1/2010 - A website for the
Office of Property Assessment (OPA)
has been launched.
Click here to visit the new OPA site.

The Board of Revision of Taxes is the Board responsible for hearing and deciding all property assessment appeals.

It consists of a seven-member panel that is appointed by the Judges of the first Judicial District of Pennsylvania. This panel also hears all appeals of property valuations filed by City property owners.
